hey guys! this is going to be just a short, quick review (well it's not that short, but it is to me :))


So I saw this great deal on these cute phone cases (3 for $20). I decided to purchase them on August 26, 2014. Normally, when you purchase something, the company or whoever sends an email to thank you for purchasing their items from their website. I DID NOT hear anything from them so I was worried and ended up emailing them two days later. Someone finally replied and said "it generally takes 24-48 hours to reply, but hopefully sooner." Which I felt relieved after hearing a reply.

The female that emailed me said, "It will take about 3 weeks to process through production, shipment, and delivery. Also, when everything is done, USPS will send a confirmation number. " It's understandable because of this special price, many people will place their orders too. But yet, I was disappointed because of their lack of good customer service.

Well, it was passed 3 weeks so I emailed them again (I was getting frustrated with their customer service) because I checked my bank account, they have been withdrawn the money. I started to think they were scamming. I end up emailing them again. I asked why haven't I heard anything about the products I purchased and then I demanded a refund....  Funny thing is that, instead of replying to me, they FINALLY send an email with the tracking number, letting me know that the shipping label was made.

It took over 3 weeks to process everything, more than 2 weeks to be shipped off.. I received my order on October 6, 2014. After all the horrible customer service and the waiting, I thought I was going to be happy with the cases at least and........ it never fails!  (LOL) I wasn't happy at all.

The pink ones are my Galaxy S5. Penguin is for a Galaxy S3 (which was for a gift).

The cases are not like how they are advertised on their website. The white trim makes it uglier. And also, my monkey case has only half of the face. One thing that bothered me was, why did they bother selling that case for a Galaxy S5?! I tried to get a refund just to see how they would respond to it............. they never replied!



Would I recommend this website to anyone?
Of course NOT.. It would definitely waste your time and money




Thanks for reading this blog. I just wanted to share this review to people who may have seen, or will see, this advertised on facebook or elsewhere. Just don't get to happy about it because your happy shopping will be ruin.. lol

  1. My experience was almost exactly the same as yours, down to the production/shipping time, customer service responsiveness, and quality issues. I ordered 2 identical cases with different monograms. On one of them, the design is much larger and more zoomed in than the other one for some reason, and the overall quality is just NOT what they advertise.

    I received a $20 gift card with my purchase (as advertised), however when i went to redeem it, it did NOT work. I emailed customer service and after several days they finally replied and gave me a new code to use. This new code appears to work, however, the site now will not let me complete check out. I will NEVER use this site again, even though I have an unused $20 gift card!

    1. Sorry to hear that! Definitely know that we were or at least almost on the same boat.

      That's awful that they even bother giving you a $20 gift card and it didn't work both times. And as for the zoom-in case, they were better off with keeping it.. im pretty sure if they did their jobs right, they would have their current customers purchasing more in the future..I learned that if there is a special price on something, I should be more aware of it and prepare for some disappointment especially if it's going to be cases again..lol.

    2. i had same issue with the gift card and their response to that was "I apologize for the inconvenience, however, we are experiencing issues when customers try order using their gift cards. In order to successfully place an order, you must have at least $1.00 in your cart, before shipping, upon check out. Thank you and your understanding is appreciated." but obviously since you had this issue at beginning of 2015 and im just now having it in beginning of 2016 I now know they are full of crap cause thats plenty of time to fix that issue with their system! They have it set up this way on purpose. I said wel the code covers the whole order so i cant add something to it and have a balance unless i max out the whole card mine being $100 gift card i didnt want to do that all at once. SO how do i do that unless i max it out and purchase something else at full price on top of that. her reponse "Like I had mentioned earlier you could purchase a screen protector because we do not have any products for $1. I sincerely apologize for your inconvenience this is simply how our system works. So see right there this is how our system works.....they set it up on purpose to screw us!

    3. I ordered 6 cases after waiting 2 months i recieved an envelope with stickers that look like ohone cases. Not a case at all.

  2. I guess I am in the same boat with you guys. I had to wait over a month to get my phone covers only to have one of them misspelled. And the what I type was correct. So it was their mistake. Of course I email them only to keep getting the same email they will contact you 24-48 hours. Bull. So I was looking at reviews and none of them had positive reviews. And I came across this website that had information on mgramcases, it's called https://www.scamadviser.com/is-mgramcases.com-safe.html. Hopefully this will help you guys and anyone else in the future.

  4. I wish I would have seen your reviews before making my purchase. I received the same exact email and here we are four weeks later and still no cases. I checked their website and it still says unfulfilled for my order status. Never again!

  5. I am so upset. I wish I would have known this information before I spend my money. I sent a message and have yet to receive a response. I will NEVER USE this site ever again. It is safe to say they should be banded from any publishing rights in the internet period. I have to receive my cases and I know the product is only going to make the situation worse.

  6. Same here! Placed an order April 3, confirmation email April 6, emailed them a few days ago asking the shipping status... Haven't heard from anyone... I was so excited about my case until I read this! Pretty sure I'm gonna report them too!

I placed my order late march, no word so i emailed them at least 4 times and each time i got a different processing number. then one the 11th of MAY, they said there was a problem with product and I'd be getting them with in the next 7 to 10 business days, if the cases don't come by then I'll be back, if they do I'll upload a picture. Im half expecting them to look ridiculous

  9. I really wish I would have read the reviews on this website, because I was so excited to get my cases but now I'm not, I don't even want to open the box when they get here IF they get here. I ordered mine on May 2nd, still havent heard anything. Ugh. Someone please report them.

    1. I ordered from this site then decided to read the reviews. Judging from the reviews I thought I wasn't going to receive my items or they would be crappy. Once I got the package I was excited the cases are great just the way they looked on the site ! It took about a month to get them with really no feedback except it'll be shipped within 3 weeks but that's it. Once they were shipped I got an email with tracking information & they were delivered before the scheduled date! I'm very pleased with this company and their products!

    1. Unfortunately, I don't think there is anything we could do. The company avoids our email and our complaints after receiving the cases just because they know they are ripping us off.

  13. I have been waiting 8 weeks for my cases, keep getting told that they are waiting on stock. Now no replies to my emails. I am in Australia so even if they are posted now it would be another 2 weeks. I emailed an 'ultimatum' this morning but am going to go to Paypal for a refund I think.

  16. Dear Suzanne, when you received your 3 cases, did the 3 cases fit your Samsung Galaxy s5 and s3? I can see the cases got white trimmings but most importantly, did your phones fit inside the 3 cases very well? Were you able to use the 3 cases to protect your phone?
    I ordered mine on 24 September and I've emailed to them 4 times and they didn't bother to even reply. It is very worrying! I just want to get my 3 cases and get it over and done with!
    Seems to me all they wanted is to get cash sales and the money paid into their bank account. After that it's a different story because they have taken your money. I paid by MasterCard and so if I didn't hear from them by 15 October, 3 weeks after I paid them for the 3 cases, I will proceed to do a chargeback on mgramcases. This means my bank will ask them to show proof that they have shipped the cases to me. Also the chargeback is still valid if 1. The goods are not as described and 2. Goods are defective.

  17. Hello dear. Yes the cases did fit the phones. To me, the cases were just for looks and it sort of protected the phones because they were plastic and bulky. It's just the outer cover that it's protecting so just make sure you have a good screen protector. I didn't like the fact that the customer service didn't reply. After waiting for weeks, I received them, I was even more dissatisfied with the case. The images looked like they printed it out. It looked like it could of been bought at a dollar store. If you just bought yours on September 24, wait for it. It took me almost 6 weeks to recieve the cases.

  19. Same thing for me. I started to get concerned if I was going to even get my order before Christmas when I ordered it around Thanksgiving. I finally got me order and tried to redeem the gift card and it was fake. Same with reveal your prize. I had received an email a few days ago that said hurry, order before Christmas. I thought well Christmas is in like 14 days, It takes almost a month to get your order, even I know this email is a lie! This could be a great company if you actually expanded your business to take the amount of orders you are receiving. How can you have a business and have no phone number?

    1. I have placed two orders for myself. the first one finally came,and the second one was poor quality work. I ordered two more orders for my daughters BEFORE my personal 2nd order and they have not received theirs and i've received mine. I tried contacting several times and even through my credit card company and the phone number provided is bogus. They still have not responded and i'm out 89.98. I would not recommend continuing to order, otherwise you WILL fall victim to them. They have been reported to the BBB by me and several others that i recommended.

  23. I ordered a case and upgraded to the shockproof case, and ordered a protective screen for my Iphone6. When I received my order the case fit, but the protective screen was for a 6Plus, but the case for the screen was labeled 6/6s. It took me several emails before they responded. They apologized and sent out the correct protective screen. Well, 3 weeks later when I received it, it had a huge crack in it. I emailed again, and informed them, and included pictures. It took 2 more emails then they asked for pictures. So I sent them the original email that had the pictures in it. They then asked me if I wanted a refund our my protective screen. I opted for the screen. I also received a gift code for $100.00, but every time I try to use it, there is always something wrong with the shipping address.

  24. After reading these reviews I'm starting to realize my 100$ gift card may not work. I really didn't have any problems with the company. I ordered my case may 13th and got it June 1st. All three of them came out perfect and I really like them. Hopefully there getting there act together for anyone in the future.

  26. This company is a joke!! I ordered a shock proof case. I never got an email or notification from them saying that they didn't have my phone in the shock proof. They drafted my account $59.99. I waited almost a month to get my order. When I finally got it, it was a piece of plastic, poorly monogrammed, that didn't fit my phone!! Basically I paid $60 buck for a crappy piece of plastic. I emailed the company, and Sarah got back with me offering a $5.00 refund. I couldn't help but laugh. NEVER again will I order from, nor will I recommend anyone to this joke of a company.

  29. It has been 6 weeks since I ordered and paid for my iPhone cases. I was told in their first email that it would take up to 3 weeks to receive them. 3 emails later and I continue to get excuses. But no case. I think it's a scam. Beware!!!!

  30. I just got my cases yesterday and they do NOT fit the iPhone 7. The corners are loose AND the places for the volume buttons don't fit properly - they press the volume buttons down CONTINUOUSLY and one time my phone shut down. I've emailed them but doubt I'll get any resolution from them. I'll be ready to file a claim with PayPal if necessary!!

  31. I wasn't sure about them myself! I used google and found the BBB website that was reviewing them. I will forever research this stuff now because the BBB was, apparently, very accurate! They said many customers weren't satisfied due to the lack of arrival, return, or having no contactable agent. I was so upset and planned to just buy them anyways, you know: 4 for the price of one and a free gift, what could go wrong!? Well I'm glad I found this blog first. I suppose my $48.00 could go to a one special case at Best Buy instead :). Thanks for the blog and comments too! It saved my money! Especially because I am addicted to phone cases and these seemed so beautiful!!! ~K.R.

  32. I ordered these phone cases from Mgramcase on November 6th. I checked
    with the post office on November 21st, as it struck me as odd that my order was supposed to arrive on November 13th, here it is November 22nd and my order still did not arrive.

    I found out November 22nd that for some reason my package was returned. I am very unhappy with the service that the post office provided me and I asked for a refund (on a product I never received!) so I could move forward and not have to deal with the post office again.

    I tried to get a hold of the company, which by the way has no phone number, and found out via the website I could only email customer service.

    Ultimately, I didn't use the products, they never arrived at my home, and I asked for my money back.

    I was told by a representative (via email) that I would need to pay another shipping fee to have the cases mailed again to my home, after I provided a "sufficient address" to have them mailed to me. I reiterated that I did not want to deal with the post office again, I just wanted my money back, and they told me that there are no refunds or exchanges.

    I have since had packages ordered and sent from other companies to my home with no problem, so I know I provided a correct address.

    So now I am out the money I spent on the cases, which I am sure they will resell, even though they say the products are customized. What terrible customer service and the products, I can't even say because I never received them.

    Don't waste your time and money with this company, I strongly advise you.

  33. This is crazy and something is going to have to be done. I ordered my daughter and her friend best friends cases on July 6, 2018 and the next day they sent me a deal if I ordered another case I would get 2 more free, but as soon as I hit that pay button I got a very sick feeling in my stomach, so I immediately contacted them and told them I wanted a refund. I knew there was no way they had started on my case yet. The reply I got back was after you place a order they don’t refund because the cases are monogrammed. He messaged me to check the FAQ’s. I told him there was no way he could’ve even started my case because I canceled it right after I ordered it. Then about a week and a half later I got an email from them wanting me to rate the company. I sent them a message right back stating I really don’t think you want me to rate your company at this point and time. The first reason being I still hadn’t received my daughter and her best friend cases and the second reason is because I asked for a refund on mine and they told me I couldn’t get one according to the FAQ’s statement.
    All I can say is I’m so glad I paid with PayPal, because they are going to refund me for all 5 cases. I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy anything from this company. I’m even going to call the BBB and turn them in. I’m so sorry for all of you that didn’t get your money back, but I’m going to try to do something so this company will stop scamming everyone out of there money. Everyone keep your fingers crossed that maybe I can get this place shutdown!!!!
